MSc TESOL provides teachers
of English to Speakers of Other
Languages (TESOL) and other
professionals with an interest
and experience in the field
with the opportunity to improve
their teaching skills. It will
also enable students to teach
with greater professional knowledge
and enhanced confidence. Part
of the course involves developing
techniques for researching language
education.
Core
courses are Key Concepts in
Language Studies, TESOL Methodology,
The TESOL Curriculum and TESOL
& the Learner. These courses
up-grade your knowledge of the
English language, teaching methodology
and curriculum design, with
a focus on learners’ needs.
Option courses are available
in English for business, management,
on-line learning, teacher education,
young learners, materials design,
assessment, and text and discourse
for TESOL.
